Jenny was opening her presents in this photo... and everyone was laughing bc she got bifocal reading glasses, plastic pill organizer and milk of magnesia... Sydney has no idea what she's really laughing at, but since everyone else is... it was VERY hilarious to her.

this gift was not a gag or joke. she really did ask for a "fanny pack". yup.
