Time Out!

We dont use time-outs too often these days. Fortunately for us, the two's are behind us. But today Sydney was hurting the dog by trying to get her into the bedroom. This meant; pulling her by the ears and dragging her!

Poor dog.

Well... after a stubborn show-down with Dad, Sydney did not want to apologize to the dog.

"I'm not ready to say sorry!" she said.

So to the stairs she went for time-out. She was sentenced to 5 minutes.

After five minutes, I go to tell her "You can come out of time out now. Let's go apologize to Dagny".

She replied, "Mom. I need ten more minutes. I'm just not myself"
