for old timey sake, we stopped at the Bowie Town Center and walked around. WOW that brought back memories. Sydney was Kelli's age when we began taking walks over there together. I remember taking her into the Barnes n Noble and reading stories and her playing on the train table, her going on this train (above) and playing with other little kids. And this was all before she was 2! She was just a tiny nugget then! I had the sweetest flashbacks.
We also drove through Annapolis on the way to Mona's house.
Still pretty. But eh... no major memories made me whistful or anything.
This is not a good picture because I took it through the windshield. But the colors are AMAZING. They seem dull in this photo, but in fact they are very vibrant. So gorgeous. I'll get a better picture before we leave!

We went to Downs Park (again, for old timey sake!)
Kelli wasn't impressed. She's like...seen one beach, seen 'em all.
Sydney, however, was ecstatic!
we took a mini-nature walk out to the pier where she had picked up a few walking sticks and conducted a concert (made me sing row row row your boat and twinkle little star).
Kelli perked up on the pier... she liked the wind!
Mona & Delta!
Syd was photogenic on the way back.
Sydney's favorite part was helping Mona in and out of the van. She really enjoyed operating the "uppy down parts"
Back at the hotel and Kelli is VERY relieved to finnnnnnnnally get some time on her belly!
