Halloween 2009

the countdown begins. 4pm we begin painting leftover, neglected pumpkins.

Syd made a princess pumpkin for Kelli and I made a bloody, mean pumpkin.

Kristina (our neighbor, who is due with little baby Lilly in January) came by. Kelli LOVES her. Maybe because she senses the other baby or something. But she gets so cozy and just smiles like crazy when Kristina holds her, its so funny.

Yeah, I dont know why I used acrylic paint. Julia managed to be neat about it. Sydney? Not so much.

Seth came over and helped decorate the last pumpkin with foam pieces. Then I went in and made a huge spaghetti, french bread and salad meal for us, my parents, Jenny & Doug... and Sydney invited Julia over for dinner. First little dinner guest, it was cute.

After dinner it was like a race to clean up and get the kids ready because we already had trick or treaters showing up! Kelli didn't like being rushed.

First stop was the Reed's

She loves walks... happy again

Oh! Found Riley & Harper... she's happy!

Harper's hair was the best ever. He is so cute.

This family always does a big deal of Halloween. The served burgers, cupcakes and drinks for everyone and had music going. This year Sydney wasn't afraid of anything. And I dont know why I cooked! There were three huge parties in the neighborhood serving burgers, hot dogs, chilli, alcohol and desserts!! And two moonbounces for the kids!!

best costume ever. little Landon showed off his best impression of Chuckie.

Started to cool off alot. And it was so pretty out! Full moon!!

Molly showing us how wicked she is.

Syd was by far the loudest. She would gallop up to each house so fast, ring the doorbell about 20x, then knock about 10x, then when the door opened yelled at the top of her lungs "TRICK OR TREEEEEEEEEEEAT!!!!!"....repeat that about 100x, and that concludes our evening.

her loot

Kelli was done by 8:30

Syd picked a treat before bed = animal crackers

Kelli in crib = 3 hours while we watched Paranormal Activity (lame). Yes, Andy got the copy online.
